You can delete your account from within the app: go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes all of your data from our servers. If you need help, email us and we'll take care of it within 30 days.

Yes. Your data is stored securely in your private account and is never sold or shared with third parties. Only you can access your logs and journal entries.

Daisy is an AI companion, not a medical professional. She's here to help you reflect on your patterns and feel less alone — not to diagnose or treat anything. Think of her as a supportive presence who actually remembers what you've been going through.

Try closing and reopening the app first. If the issue persists, email us at chris@daisiesinthedark.com with a description of what's happening and we'll get back to you within 2 business days.

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. On your iPhone, go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, find Daisies in the Dark, and tap Cancel Subscription.
